Shipping policy

We ship orders Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
Orders ship from our warehouse in Nashville.
UPS orders usually ship same day if placed by 3:00 PM .
USPS orders ship next day.
Orders with individually packaged tape may take longer. We will contact you if there will be packaging time for your tape.
Orders over $500 will receive free ground shipping in the continental United States
International orders may incur customs and taxes on import. These are the responsibility of the customer. We will not refund orders that are returned due to non payment of customs or import taxes.
