We want to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase. Tape and art supplies in  in  original, unopened packaging can be returned. Please contact us at info@japantape.com if you aren't happy with your purchase and we will be happy to assist you.

We will not refund international orders that are returned due to non payment of customs, taxes or fees by the customer.
